For the Hotel operations it is a practical hands-on tool. Cons: If I use the application, I can't export an excel or word sheet as the summary of all reservations at a specific range. If I use Toursys and open it with Google, for some reason I can always filter the information I need via control tower and export as an excel or word sheet.
